The society now has an MOU in place with Alberta Sustainable Resources Development to develop the trails at Footner Lake. We had two work days on October 2nd and 16th. If you are interested in helping for the next work day, feel free to contact us and we'll  ask you what you're interested in doing and give you more details about how you can help.

Forest Calendars

The NLFES has 2012 calendars for sale! Contact one of the board members to buy one, or stop by the High Level Visitor Information Centre (the Museum). They are $20 each.

The calendar features beautiful photos of forests and rivers, all taken in the Mackenzie Region. Scroll down for a sneak preview of the photos, all taken by local photographer Teresa Griffith.
